Together Ron Herbert and John Love developed Red Rocks Cafe into the now locally famous Red Rocks Cafe, Bar, and Bakery. As John puts it, "In 1998 we decided to join forces to develop a great contemporary American Restaurant Concept." With two locations - South Park and Birkdale Village - they see their dream of development being realized.

You can find us in the Foxcroft area in the beautiful, secluded Strawberry Hill Shopping Center, and also in bustling Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC.
